RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Truniva Premium, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. However, due to the nature of food products, returns are subject to the following conditions.

1. Eligible Cases for Return

We accept returns only if:

• The product is damaged during transit
• An incorrect item is delivered
• The product has expired upon delivery

2. Return Time Frame

Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by:

• Sharing order number
• Sending clear photos of the product
• Explaining the issue

3. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

• Opened or consumed products
• Change of taste preference
• Incorrect order placed by the customer

Food items, once opened, cannot be resold for safety reasons.

4. Refund Process

• Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
• Refund will be credited to the original payment method.
• Processing time may vary depending on the bank/payment provider.

5. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

6. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
